The Hip Hinge

Whether you want to jump higher or grow your booty, learning the hip hinge is very important.
Without the basic understanding of a bend pattern (also known as the hip hinge) you won’t get the most out of the more advanced strength movements.

Which include KB swings, dead lift variations and Olympic lifts, they all involve the hip hinge.

The hip hinge is a powerful movement to develop the posterior chain (upper back, hamstrings, and glutes) of the body, which is under developed in most people.

Majority of our speed and power is produced from our hamstrings and glutes. By strengthening these muscles we are going to run faster and jump higher.

Not only will it improve your performance, but having well developed hamstring and glutes is aesthetically pleasing, bringing balance to your body.
