Pop up sessions will be available during the Term in CBD location. Organised small group sessions are also available during the Term 1 (contact us for more details).

Our group workouts are run three times a week for individuals to attend. Players will train in groups to learn effective ways to elevate their game to the next level through competitive drills and game situations. These workouts are designed for between 10-15 players. Training consist of 75 minute workout.
