Get ready for the upcoming season with our high-intensity pre-season camp!
Dates: July 11 & 17th (2025) Location: UNSW Fitness Centre This is a full-day camp running from 9 AM to 1 PM, with athlete supervision available starting at 9 AM before the camp kicks off. Full day at UNSW Fitness Centre basketball gym. Our camp is tailored to maximize performance, focusing on skill refinement, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning to ensure every player is primed for success in the season ahead. What Does the Week Look Like? Skill Development: Pre-season is all about sharpening your abilities. Expect intense focus on: – Shooting – Finishing – Passing – Ball Handling – Decision Making – Basketball IQ – Playing with triggers Games: Get ready for plenty of competitive games, from 1v1 to 4v4. We’ll work on developing your skills, decision-making, and ability to react to game triggers all at once.
