Private group workouts involve training where players will learn effective ways to elevate their game to the next level through innovative techniques and competitive drills. These workouts are limited to 3-6 players who are put together by the client. Training consist of 60 minute workouts.
In group workouts players will learn the effective way to elevate their game to the next level through competitive drills and game situations that allow for your skill development. Training consist of 75 minute workout.
