PRIVATE TRAINING

Private workouts involve custom 1 on 1 training where We will devote 100% of our attention to all details of your game! You will learn the effective ways to elevate your game to the next level through competitive drills that allow for your skill development. Our specific and extremely unique workouts are designed to create players who play instinctively. Training consist of 60 minute workouts.

PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING

Private group workouts involve training where players will learn effective ways to elevate their game to the next level through innovative techniques and competitive drills. These workouts are limited to 3-6 players who are put together by the client. Training consist of 60 minute workouts.

(With minimum commitment of 5-10 sessions)

GROUP SESSIONS TERM 3

In group workouts players will learn the effective way to elevate their game to the next level through competitive drills and game situations that allow for your skill development. Training consist of 75 minute workout.

First session $ 30

With 10 weeks commitment. Purchased sessions are valid only during TERM 3 period

NO EXCUSES PERFORMANCEOUR PRINCIPLES

PLAY LOW
Players must understand that low is often viewed as bending the knees or dropping the hips. In most cases, however, low is best achieved by lowering the shoulders and torso in basketball.
AGGRESSIVE FEET
Players must understand that aggressive footwork is required to beat and control defenders.
ACTIVE HANDS
Players must have the ability to use their hands to both protect and "pretect" the basketball.
POUND DRIBBLES
Players must have the ability to pound their dribble and use multiple options.
NECESSARY DRIBBLING
Players must know the advantage of each dribble they take and understand the timing of those dribbles as it relates to their footwork.
GAME SHOTS
Players must know the types of shots they must rep for the game of basketball. Doing these shots from multiple speeds is key!
GAME SPEEDS
Players need to understand how to play the game and train for the game in different speeds. Walking, jogging, and running are all game speeds.
TARGET PASSING
Players must have the ability to pass the basketball on time, on target, and within the space required off the dribble and with either hand.
